Creole Cookin' was a 28 round field course with lots of windows, ports and things to pull. You started sitting on a porch step, with your pistol lying on a table in front of you. On the buzzer you got up, grabbed your gun off the table, and started hosing. Along the way you had to knock open a window, pull a pin to open another window, and pull a rope to hold a window open so you could engage the targets.
